How do I get my item?
After payment, your item will be delivered to you via Fastway couriers.

We have an online payment system via Payfast or you can do a direct bank transfer.

Where are you situated?
We are based in Polokwane, but we don’t allow walk-ins. And our warehouse is in Gauteng and Port Elizabeth. We don’t allow walk-ins or collections.
What’s the delivery time frame?
Main areas takes 3-5 working days.
Outlaying areas takes 5-10 working days.
How Long Does Refund Take?
Refund depends on the option you chose when you paid for your order, for EFT refund can take 1-3 working days and for PayFast it can take 3-5 working days.
When if something is sold out and I have paid for that item?
Even if we check stock before you pay, the item could still sell out before your order is processed on the Warehouse side. Should this happen then we will communicate with you for either a replacement to the same value or a refund to your bank or a wallet account that you can use later. You will be able to see your wallet balance when you sign onto the website.
